How Ranjit Roy Gained Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship

I have met the Saint Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister twice. How often does one get to do that?"

Saint Kitts and Nevis offers the world’s oldest citizenship-by-investment programme. Launched in 1984, the original CBI programme is aka the Platinum Standard. As platinum is 30 times rarer than gold, you will better appreciate the value of this citizenship-by-investment scheme.

The Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment programme is an invitation to discover the only rainforest in the world that is expanding rather than shrinking. Put your best foot forward, hiking across the highest point of the country, the 3,800ft-tall Mount Liamuiga, a dormant volcanic crater. Saint Kitts and Nevis citizenship offers visa-free access to 157 countries, and such a strong passport is one factor it is rated the joint-best Citizenship-by-Investment programme in the world.

RIF Trust, part of Latitude Group, has established a close working relationship with Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU). One investor we helped obtain a coveted Saint Kitts and Nevis passport is Indian entrepreneur, Ranjit Roy. He enthuses about “literally living a new life” after making the “right choice” with RIF Trust.

Every Immigration Officer’s Worst Nightmare

Ranjit Roy’s a frequent flyer. He’s a business traveller who dreaded passport control as much as the immigration officer feared his arrival. “I scrambled around with three or four passports because I had multiple visas,” explains Ranjit.

“When I turned up at the immigration desk they would ask, “Well, where is the visa?,” shivers Ranjit. Thankfully, shuffling his passports to produce the correct visa is an increasingly distant memory. Ranjit has waved goodbye to his collection of passports.

Reaching out to RIF Trust, Ranjit explained that he wanted more international flexibility and mobility. Citizenship by investment seemed the best fit for Ranjit. A new passport would provide the solutions caused by a prior restrictive citizenship.

With You Every Step of the Way

Ranjit was impressed by how RIF Trust handled the application process. They looked after everything from start to finish. It was very much a door-to-door experience.

When you enlist the services of the Latitude Group, we appreciate that you are entrusting us with your life. Just like an experienced midwife, we are old hands. We are investment migration specialists and can help you map a path in order for you follow in the footsteps of clients like Ranjit.

“I was kept informed at every stage of the application,” recalls Ranjit. He marvelled at how RIF Trust moved with efficiency and speed. This resulted in him proudly holding a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport after a six-month wait.

International Outlook

RIF Trust being based in Dubai appealed to fellow UAE resident, Ranjit Roy. But what impressed Ranjit more was their “international setup with international offices”. The Latitude Group has experts in over 20 countries who can advise in 14 languages.

The Saint Kitts and Nevis passport is the 25th strongest official travel document in the world. With it, you can travel visa-free to the EU Schengen Area. The likes of Asian powerhouses Hong Kong and Singapore are similarly accessible.

Ranjit is certainly making good use of his Saint Kitts and Nevis passport. He has now travelled to 120 countries. Just 37 more to go, Ranjit, to complete the list of the 157 with easy access.

For Ranjit, it is significant “that the relationship has continued” since receiving the passport. “I was assisted throughout,” gushes Ranjit. “That is the advantage of having the connectivity with RIF Trust.”

Ranjit is very much Team RIF Trust. “The RIF Club is a fantastic concept, as are the concierge services,” he notes. “I have met the Saint Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister twice. How often does one get to do that?”
