There are thousands of private schools too, many of which are multilingual and provide a route to some of the world’s highest-ranking universities as well.
To qualify for the US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, you must fulfil ONE of the following investment options AND meet other requirements:
An EB-5 Regional Center is an economic unit, public or private, in the US, involved with promoting economic growth. As with option one, this starts from $800,000.
While there are over 700 Regional Centers, many do not have active projects nor are they in compliance under the new regulations so it is important to select the right one. RIF Trust can assist you here. 90% of our clients interested in American immigrant investor visas choose this option.
As a US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program holder, you must spend 5 years of legal residence in the country to qualify for US citizenship.
The world’s largest economy is the perfect base for business-minded people and investors. You can live, work, study, or, indeed, retire anywhere in the US, not determined by where the investment is made.
Your unmarried children have access to the US education system. In addition, the source of funds can be a gift such as that from a parent.

We commence our US investment visa process, appropriately enough, with Form 1. This enables us to carry out the initial RIF Trust due diligence. Following this screening, we will provide you with a Client Agreement (CA) to review and sign. At this stage, we will also recommend a US EB-5 immigration attorney to assist with the overall process.
You will also be required to select a qualifying investment. For those interested in a Regional Center (passive investment option), we can connect you with one with a track record history associated with EB-5 projects. RIF Trust will help guide an EB-5 investor through the selection process.
The legal team will complete all necessary government forms and supporting documents. They will closely liaise with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to comply with the programme parameters.
Before submitting your documents for this investor's visa in the USA, we review your application to ensure that it meets all the specific requirements of the EB-5 Investor Programme.
Next, our case processing team will submit the relevant forms to USCIS. Then, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services undertakes its own due diligence and studies all the paperwork
If your investment immigration in the US application is successful, USCIS processes the EB-5 Investor Petition. Depending on the volume of applications for this investor visa in the USA, this can take between a few months and a couple of years.
We complete the form for you and your family as well to receive conditional permanent residency visas. After completion, RIF Trust file this with USCIS.
Finally, USCIS issues you your conditional permanent residency visas. These become unconditional. Once they do, you become eligible to apply for US citizenship.
Once you’ve submitted your I-526 immigration petition, the US EB-5 Investor Visa processing time can last between 29 and 61 months, according to the most recent US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) estimates.
You’ll be required to make a minimum investment of $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) established to create more full-time jobs. This is a rural area or area with a high unemployment rate of at least 150 percent of the national average.
You can also make a minimum investment of $800,000 in a Regional Center (pre-approved by the USCIS) or make a minimum investment of $1.05 million in a new commercial enterprise as well.
After 5 years of legal residence within the country with your conditional green cards, you will then be eligible for US citizenship. This is only available to those who have upheld their residency status, as per the requirements and considerations. Generally, Residency by Investment can be a route to citizenship.
