This “published document” discloses that “USCIS conducted a comprehensive biennial fee review and determined that current fees do not recover the full cost of providing adjudication and naturalization services.”
“DHS is adjusting the fee schedule to fully recover costs and maintain adequate service.”
New EB-5 fees will apply from Monday, April 1, 2024. So, to take advantage of the current prices, you’ll need to file your application no later than Sunday, March 31, 2024.
